The Minister's Secretariat
The Minister’s Secretariat consists of the Private Office of the Minister, the Public Relations and Communication Office and three Directorates of Education. The Secretariat also has oversight on the three Public Bodies.
Education Services Department
The Department is responsible for ensuring that teaching and learning across all levels (Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary) of the education system are being implemented as per the established regulations.
Education Sector Development Department
The Department, in line with provisions of the Education (Amendment) Act 2017, ensures that the national education sector is effectively developed and grows progressively in line with local and global dynamic, such that education remains relevant and responsive to change.
